Got the news this morning and I was stunned. Joe was a great guy, loving husband and father. His passion for the things he was interested in was infectious. I met Joe thru Datsuns and we became friends 20+ years ago. We'd drifted over the last 5-7 years due to interests. He will be missed. Chris and the girls are in our thoughts and prayers!

To Christine, Amber and Autumn:
We were terribly saddened to learn that Joe is suddenly gone.
We mourn with you, and maybe knowing that so many people
are doing that will be some comfort. The pain will lessen
over time, but never quite go away. However, there will come
a time when it will make you smile more than hurt to remember
things Joe did and said.
We watched the funeral on-sline, and through it we got
to know Joe a little better. We could see that he was
loving, fun, and a genuinely good person. We were also
pleased to see what lovely young women Autumn and Amber
have grown into.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you as you face the
coming days.
P.S. Christine, do you share your carrot cake recipe? We
have a box of cornmeal that we don't know what to do with.

We loved Joe from the moment we met him. We knew he was made for Chris. We couldn't wait to welcome him to our family. We love you and are praying for God's guidance for you at this time.
My deepest condolences to the family, Joey had a beautiful soul and alway look out for others needs before his own. He will he greatly missed.
