Daddy, it's December 12, 2013. I missed you so much at Thanksgiving, now Christmas time is here again. I wish you were here. I miss you so much. I miss waking up with you on Christmas morning, opening presents. I remember the day you taught me how to ride a bike without training wheels. I was 4. I remember visting him at the hospital before he went into surgery telling a joke to one of the nurses.
