I did not know Eric personally but I would like to extend my deepest condolences to the family. I know that when someone we love dies it is very painful. But in the Bible God promises that He will do away with pain and suffering at Rev. 21:4. May the God of comfort provide solace to your family at this time.
Eric was my cousin who was only 1 month older than me… I will miss him terribly, even tho we grew up apart, we were still always together, he and T Blair are my blood, they are my family.. I have the best memories of the kids all together at our funeral home. We played lightheartedly, we loved, we were silly we got in trouble from Grandma a lot.. I'm so sad for the loss of such a beautiful boy, such a beautiful man. I love you Eric and my heart goes out to your Mom and brothers.. Godspeed till we meet again...

I did not know Eric personally, but I wanted to express my deepest sympathy. A times like this, I have found Jesus Christ's words at John 5:28,29 to be truly comforting. There he promised that "the hour is coming when all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out...to a resurrection of life." I look forward to that time so much. I can remember the first time I met Eric. I was in the pool at the apartment complex. I had just learned how to swim and we were swimming laps. I had beat him almost every time. I will miss him and never forget him or the memories. :(
My man. I don't think I could've gotten through all of those Saturdays in the Dulles NOC without you. Thank you for not laughing when I asked stupid questions, thank you for the conversations, thank you for sharing your photography, thank you for the skateboard and music memories, thank you for being the only person to stand up and shake my father's hand when he came to visit, thank you for being you. Eric will be greatly missed by me & my four children. He became part of my family, he will remain in my heart always. RIP I hope you are at peace. I will hold the last 8 years of memory close.
