RIP Mr Koval. You left an everlastingly impression on all of us at LDA. You will truly be missed. Rest easy until we meet again.
Eugene was a unique individual. He had many issues he struggled with during his Life.
He worked for me and several others in Leesburg. He was, to say the least, a character to have around. Quirky for sure, an engaging sense of humor, and a likeable guy.
