Jean was a wonderful lady I knew years ago. My daughter, Julie, loved her very much. Julie loved spending time with Jean at the farm. We just heard about Jean. Our prayers go out to the family.

I'm sorry we couldn't be there for the service, but we hope to make it for the inurnment on May 20. May your Moms love and all her kindness be a comfort to each of you. Jean and Basil were the most wonderful neighbors anyone could wish for. Over the course of the last twenty years we had the good fortune of living next door. From the day we met I was deeply touched by Jean's great humanity and luminous smile.
