I have very fond memories of our " Archie Bunker " vs " Meat-head " relationship, it was always fun back and forth. To be serious; I will always have the greatest memories, and I am very thankful for all the things Mr. Athey taught me during the 35+ years I had the pleasure to know him. All that he shared with me about building, business, life experiences, love of wife and family, love of God...ect. were shared with selflessness and love. His intentions were only good. He was to me an example of a real Man's man; which I really respected...many things come to mind.."early to bed..early to rise..makes a man healthy wealthy and wise" ...Self-made...an example to be like....Strong...Wise...Never lazy..always doing something..full of energy...no excuses..caring about others...Knowing something about all subjects....He would always say that there was only 1 perfect man who ever lived. However, I can think of very few bad points ( not worth mentioning)...only good traits in Jimmy....the good in him overwhelmingly outweighed any small flaws. I loved and respected this man like a father, and will continue to feel the same forever. Always looked up to him, and wanted to be like him....My Role Model.
