I met Jim in the Executive MBA program at William & Mary in the late 1980s. I was living in Reston, when Jim decided to relocate to Northern Virginia, and eventually met his wife, By the time they married, I had relocated to CA. Now that William & Mary is having an Alumni Weekend in 2025, my thoughts turned back to my friend Jim. I'm saddened that he along with about half our Inaugural Class of the Executive MBA program are no longer with us. He was a good friend. ~ Kathy S
They say only your barber knows for sure. Well, I've been Jim's barber for many years and there's one thing I know for sure. He was the kindest, gentlest, most passionate man I've ever met. We shared our love for our kids, grandkids, and the women we loved and, yes, our love of motorcycles.
Jim, it's with tears in my eyes I write this post. Ride on, my Friend.

Aunt June, we are SO sorry for your loss. Jim was a great person to know. We are hear for you if you need us. And please know we are praying for you and for Jim.
Jim was always so pleasant to talk with and what a great smile.
I'll always have such fond memories of Jim, and working with him for several years at Nations. He was such a kind gentle man, who's whole face would light up when he spoke about June and the next trip they were going on- or when he would talk about his children and grandchildren. He will be missed.
Jim was a true friend that was ALWAYS there when you needed him. A soft spoken, articulate and bright honorable man, devoted to and deeply loved June Nicole , Jared and all of his grandchildren. Jim took great pride in sharing the success and accomplishments of Nicole and Jared. ALways a friend that I will miss immensely.
Jim was a wonderful man. His love for June, his pride in his children and devotion to his grandchildren were paramount . He was a constant source of comfort to my family. I miss him dearly. My prayers are with you all.
