I met Tim and his family when I was barely out of junior high. We kept our horse out at his farm and got to know him and the family fairly well as we were out there every weekend to go riding. My father considered him one of his dearest friends. My memories of Tim are of someone who seemed to live life to the full, who was very intense yet humourous and fun-loving, and someone you would want on your team. Prayers for the family and thank you to Tim and his family for all the great memories!
I have great memories of horseback riding with Tim, even when his “sure thing” shortcut trails took twice as long. My thoughts are with Nancy, Heather, Shawn, and Shannon.
After all these years I still remember fun evenings at the Daly house with Mr. Daly telling ghost stories in the basement, all the kind words he shared at high school performances, and how chatting with him always made an anxious teenager feel better. My heartfelt sympathies to the entire Daly family.
My very favorite memory of Mr Daly:
-Heather and Mike’s wedding rehearsal
-Walking her up the isle
-Very clearly answering “Who gives this woman?”
- Smiles and tears of joy all around!
Always a smile when we visited.
A true testament of GRIT and DETERMINATION!
We are privileged to have known this guy!
