Just surfing Facebook and learned of Russ' departure from Earth. I met Russ at Unisys in Tysons Corner. He later joined SAID and we remained friends. Whenever I needed a handyman - we could count on Russ. To Diana, he loved you and often spoke of his children with great pride. May the good Lord continue to be a Comforter to you, the children and his family. May he Rest In Peace. Victoria Marshall family. 6/20/16
I love you Unc!! I'll miss your facial expressions as you tell stories and joke...

Whenever I needed something done, or some information about the computer systems for the IAFIS program, I would ask Russ. He always had the answer. And his favorite word was "absolutely", delivered in his deep bass voice with a smile on his face. I often use that word - "absolutely" - and when I do, I think of him. My deepest sympathy to Diana and all of Russell's family. We will all miss him.

He sang at the office and brought many smiles to his co-workers. Sending prayers for Russ up in Heaven and condolences to the Fuller family.
Always brought a smile to my face.
I used to live in the same neighborhood as Russ and actually met him during my time with Dulles Little League's Board of Directors. I remember Russ saying he wanted to get back into coaching so he could coach some of the kids in the neighborhood and I thought that was one of the nicest things I had seen someone do. The more I got to know Russ, the more I realized it was just his way.
He was a kind, patient and funny man and he will be missed.
To the Fuller family, I am so sorry for your loss. Your husband and father was a terrific person and he will be missed.
