Ryan and the Lauricella family,
Not many know the impact and the role you played in my life, and at times I forgot myself. From when I was this little fat kid coming from a rough upbringing , just moving to your neighborhood, having no friends and very little people skills. You opened up yourself and befriended me, teaching me how to be a kid again while learning the meaning of true friendship. I have never ending love and admiration for those times. Most importantly you saved my life on 3/28/2001. I was in a very dark place , a drug addict struggling, hopeless and ready to take my own life. All doors were closed to me, but not yours. I rang your door bell around 3 am. Knowing that I couldn’t be trusted, you still opened your door to me. You gave a place to stay. YOU GAVE ME LOVE WHEN I COULDN’T LOVE MYSELF. A day later you held my hand and gave me the courage to turn myself in. I faced my consequence and returned home. You then employed and taught me the trade in which has blessed and given me so much. You saved my life and then gave one to be proud of. I will always love you. I look forward to when we meet again , I will need you help once more. Save me a good seat
With love your friend,
Vincent Cobelli
