That's the way I remember working with Joe at the ATC. I learned something new every time we spoke. I knew he would be a reliable source for any type information, and he was gracious with educating me (often!) on the nuances of law enforcement, and how it would be implemented in the field. He was an invaluable resource, but more important, kind and generous with his time. I know how much he loved his family, and send them our condolences and warmest wishes for healing and peace.
