Varnell, Lexi, and I are extremely fortunate to have met your father many years ago. He touched our hearts in many different ways. He taught all of us so many things that are important to each one of us in our different lives. He was a gemerous, thoughtful, giving, caring, and loving man to everyone. We each have different memories of Marian that we will cherish forever in our thoughts. One of the most cherishable memories for each one of us is your wonderful family that we were so fortunate to be a part of. We will always love your father and mother, and cherish them in the years ahead. Thank you for being a part of our memories. I was sorry to miss speaking to Julie and John yesterday at the Funeral Mass. I hope that Andrew, who I did chat with, let Julie and John that I was there. Your mother was my very good friend from college days and over many years after. Your gregarious father continued to keep in touch with me after your mother's death five years ago. He continued to send out a birthday card to me - from your mother's list. How many husbands would do that! You were blessed in your parents as I was in having their friendship.
