Grief Support Group
6-Week Grief Support Group Sundays 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM October 5 - November 16 Virtual or in person - TBD by group This group is for adults experiencing grief after the death of a loved one. The curriculum uses a holistic approach, looking at the emotional, behavioral, spiritual, and physical ways grief affects us. The group will learn strategies to help manage grief in daily life.
