Arthur and I were close friends as boys growing up in roanoke. I am so sorry to hear of the loss of him and wish condolence and peace to his wife and family. My name is Ray Culpepper.
So many memories from these past 6 years. We are so thankful to God to have known Arthur. You are the first couple who began praying for my fiance (now husband) and I; who made him feel immediately welcome. Who shared warmth, kindness, and love. I'll forever remember his soft and gentle singing, acoustic playing, genuine worship, his Guinness shirts, and joy-filled smile. Love to Judy and family. We are praying for you.
