I met Paul at the nursing home where my wife is also a resident. I became well acquainted with his daughters, Pam and Cindy. They visited him faithfully and were a great help to me because our families were going through similar circumstances . I developed great respect for their Dad because he had a pretty rough early life , and he served the country honorably and bravely. On a lighter note, they told me his nickname was Gus, but they didn't know why. I admire their Dad, and I cherish the girls friendship. Deepest condolences to the family.
