Lonny Cross
Martin was truly my brother from another mother. My brother, Ronny, and I spent a lot of time with Martin growing up in the 1980s. We attended church, camped both in the summer and winter, rode around in the Wichita Wildlife Refuge, and engaged in many other activities. Martin and I both work at a Kmart, and the FAA, where Martin helped get me a job and taught me how to be an NT administrator. He believed the best way to learn was by experience, so when I asked him questions, he would give general answers that helped point me in the right direction. He was also able to get me access to the Internet before there were browsers. He was my best man when I got married and was closer to me than some of my own brothers. We shared so many good times growing up together and later in life. He was more than a friend; Martin was truly my brother, and I shall miss visiting and sharing life with Martin. Rest in peace, and I shall see you again. Brother to brother, Lonny Cross.
