I met VIctor when he was just 19 years old, and we've been friends since then. As his pictures show, he smiled most of the time, including over these last 4 years. When I last saw him he was excited to be giving a speech to the engineers at CU, and shared his enthusiasm with them.
You two fit well together, and I'm glad you both had the last 20 years.
