Adam loved music, making people laugh, animals and the outdoors. He was a talented musician who loved to write songs and play his own music. He loved his child, Westly and his wife Lauren, more than words can describe. His face would light up with the brightest smile when they were together. Adam could always do without and was a very giving soul; someone who could make a friend with just a simple hello.
Adam's love of the outdoors was always a part of his life. He loved the Mountains of the Pacific North West, snowboarding with his family, and skateboarding with his brothers. He once challenged himself by riding a bicycle from Virginia to Chicago IL; calling to tell us how difficult the West Virginia Mountains were after he grinded past them and the spectacular lightening storm he rode through in Illinois. We will miss the many fond memories at Snowshoe, Ocean City, Laguna Beach and the George Washington National Forest.
Adam’s love of adventure didn’t stop with a simple bicycle ride from Virginia. He rode trains from the east coast to all four corners of the United States, stopping in Florida, Arizona, Washington and Pennsylvania, meeting and touching the lives of friends he stayed in contact with over the years.
He touched our hearts with his kindness to his friends, family and animals that he loved so much while he was with us all.
Celebration of Adam’s Life was held on Saturday, April 11, 2015, at 4:00 PM at the Grace Community Church, located at 2333 Roosevelt Blvd Winchester, VA 22601 with Pastor Bradley Hill officiating.
Interment will be held privately at a later date.
