Anna Mae Colan's Obituary
Anna Mae Colan, age 84, of Spotsylvania, VA, passed away on Thursday, July 12, 2018, at Reston Hospital Center in Reston, VA.
Anna Mae was born on Saturday, September 23, 1933 in Pottsville, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of the late Walter and Margaret (Balulis) Nawrocki.
Anna Mae was a woman of faith and was lovingly known as “Mom” and “Nana” to many.
She is survived by her sons Thomas R. Colan, Brian P. Colan and David Colan, six grandchildren: Thomas, Kelly, Patrick, Brian, Brett and Tyler and great grandchildren: Addie, Luke, Tommy and Bryce.
She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Robert Colan in 1999 and her parents.
A Funeral Mass will be at 1:00PM on Monday July 16, 2018 at Saint John the Apostle Catholic Church 55 Oak Crest Manor Leesburg, Virginia 20176. Interment will follow at St. John's Catholic Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 12:00PM till the time of the mass at the church in the fellowship chapel.
