Annette Rose Fultz's Obituary
ANNETTE ROSE FULTZ, 89 of Herndon, Virginia passed on Monday, February 3, 2025 at Brightview - Dulles Corner - Herndon Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care in Herndon, Virginia.
Born Wednesday, November 13, 1935 in Baltimore, MD, Annette was the youngest of three daughters of Christopher George Ruley and Lillian Agnes Emma Davis.
While still raising her 5 children, Annette began a second career as a bank teller at United Virginia Bank in Manassas, Virginia. In addition to her immediate job proficiency, Annette displayed exceptional customer relationship and supervisory skills. Annette quickly rose to the position of Manager with United Virginia Bank.
Afterward, Annette shifted her career to Pentagon Federal Credit Union (PFCU) rising to the position of Executive of Global Marketing. She traveled internationally promoting PFCU and initiating their ATM Global Network. Annette retired in 2000 focusing on her husband Howard until he passed in 2005 after celebrating 52 years of marriage.
On February 18th of 2006, at the age of 69, she married Jack F. Fultz and they enjoyed the last 19 years together traveling, spending time at home and enjoying constant interaction with all their children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents Annette was predeceased by her first husband, Howard Lawrence Rose, Jr, her son Todd Lee Rose and grandson, Sean Lennon Salyards.
She leaves her family to cherish her memory including her loving husband, Jack F. Fultz; children Howard L. Rose, III, Sherrie Rose Cooke, Cindy Salyards Long, and Dean Mark Rose; 4 step children William L. Fultz, Barbara J. Jones, Richard D. Fultz, and Terri L. Desjardins; 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Thursday, February 6, 2025, at Loudoun Funeral Chapel, 158 Catoctin Cr. SE Leesburg, Virginia.
A funeral service will follow at 4:00 PM with Pastor Jeff Good officiating. A graveside service and interment will be held on Friday at noon at Stonewall Memory Gardens, Manassas, Virginia.
