Barbara Carr's Obituary
BARBARA DOUGLAS CARR, 72, of Waterford, Virginia, died on Monday October 30, 2006 at home. Mrs. Carr was born on June 13, 1934 in Arlington, Virginia to the late E. Lee and Virginia Sanderson Douglas. She was a member of the Catoctin Presbyterian Church in Waterford.
Mrs. Carr is survived by her husband of 52 years Mr. Robert E. Carr; one sister Jean Costello of Waterford; three daughters: Virginia Lucas of Waterford, Tracie Lettle of Baltimore, Maryland, Lynn Dietele of Haymarket, Virginia; one granddaughter: Lisa Lucas; six grandsons: Matthew Lucas, Doug and Derek Little, Ryan, Wyatt and Jacob Dietele; and a host of other relatives and friends.
The Carr family will receive friends at the Loudoun Funeral Chapel, 158 Catoctin Cr. S.E. Leesburg on Wednesday November 1, 2006 from 7-9pm. Funeral services will follow on Thursday November 2, 2006 at 11:00am in Waterford at the Catoctin Presbyterian Church, 15565 High Street, with Pastor David A. Douthett officiating.
Interment will be in Leesburg Union Cemetery.
