Barbara A. Irvin, 83 passed away on Wednesday, January 23, 2019, at Loudoun Nursing & Rehabilitation in Leesburg, Virginia.
Born Thursday, September 5, 1935 in Richmond, VA to John and Virginia Tipton.
She is survived by her four children, Sandy, Karen, Tim, and Cory; nine grandchildren, Jenny, Brian, Cara, Jake, Kyle, Reid, Bryce, Elise, and Kelsey; and three great grandchildren: Owen, Makayla, and Madelyn. She is joining her husband Hap and son Lindsey.
Services are private and at the convenience of the family.
