Barbara Elizabeth Plitman of Basye, VA (formerly of Leesburg, VA) passed away on May 24, 2022, at the home of her daughter near Lovettsville. She is survived by three daughters Theresa Emery (Frank), Deborah Fallon (Mike) and Mich Read Obituary
Theresa,Debbie and Michelle and family.I am so heart broken to learn of this sad news. Barbara was one of the most beautifully things that happened in my life. We had many great times working and hanging out together. Her spirit and love for people was beyond compare. I am blessed to have shared life experience with Barbara and to know her family. My prayers and blessings to all Family and Friends.
To Theresa, Deborah, Michelle, All of Barbara’s family and friends, Barb was a wonderful human being. She always cared for others before herself. She was one of the kindest, gentlest people I ever met. She had a great sense of humor and spread joy to everyone she met. I enjoyed spending time with her and she was a godsend to the Plitman family. She will be missed by so many but leaves behind a wonderful legacy.

Theresa, Deb and Michelle, I don’t know if you will remember, but I lived next to you in a townhouse in Leesburg many, many years ago. I did a sketch of you three “girls” which Barbara told me she still had.
