BARRY PATRICK DINEEN's Obituary
BARRY PATRICK DINEEN, 72, of South Riding, VA passed on Saturday, March 11, 2023.
Born on April 3, 1950 in Washington, DC, son of the late CHRISTOPHER and late MARY HARNSBERGER DINEEN.
A native of Northern VA; Barry worked as a Physician Assistant for much of his life, serving thousands of patients. Prior to his medical career, Barry proudly served in the United States Army, which included a deployment in Frankfort, Germany. Barry’s loving patience and contagious laughter were often noted as his top character traits.
He leaves his family to cherish his memory including his wife, Shawn Dineen; three sons, KILIAN (Kelsey Paul), BRETT and SHERIDAN; his siblings, Dennis Dineen, Karen (Fred) Kallmeyer, and Robin (Frank) Gailliot; as well as other nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
In addition to his parents, Barry was predeceased by a child Kelsey in 1999, and a brother Chris in 2003.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Thursday, March 16, 2023, at Loudoun Funeral Chapel, 158 Catoctin Circle, SE, Leesburg, Virginia. Funeral services to celebrate Barry's life will follow at 11:00 AM, on Thursday at Loudoun Funeral Chapel 158 Catoctin Circle, SE Leesburg, Virginia 20175. Interment will be at Union Cemetery, Leesburg, VA 20176.
