Bennie F. Allison's Obituary
Bennie F. Allison Sr., 78, of Leesburg, passed away Saturday, June 22, 2013 at Loudoun Nursing and Rehabilitation.
He was born on July 16, 1934 to the late George William Allison and Susie E. Ryan. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, George W. Allison Jr., Ricky Lee Allison, and Martin D. Allison.
Bennie served in the Army from 1955 until 1957. He retired in 2000 after 40 years at the ABC store and was an active member and worshiper of Leesburg Baptist Church. Bennie was always willing to lend an helping hand.
He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Pauline R. Allison; sons, Bennie F Allison, Robert W. Allison and his wife, Debbie; granddaughters, Tasha Marvin and her husband, Ted and Gina Sheedy and her husband, David; great-grandchildren, Ava and Logan Marvin and Griffin, Madelyn and Lily Sheedy.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 4:00PM and 6:00 until 8:00 PM on Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at Loudoun Funeral Chapel.
A celebration of life will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, June 26 2013 at Leesburg Baptist Church with Rev. Alan Stanford, PhD officiating. Burial will follow at Leesburg Union Cemetery.
