Bernadette Jean Gaskins' Obituary
Bernadette Jean “Berny” Gaskins, 62, of Hillsboro, VA, died on Sunday, May 1, 2011 at INova Loudoun Hospital. Bernadette was born on July 11, 1948 in Washington, DC. She was a daughter of Juanita Chinn.
She was predeceased by a daughter Tracy Holmes in 1996 and her husband Drew S. Gaskins in 2008.
Berny is survived by two sons William Spencer Gaskins of Hillsboro, Wayde Sinclair Gaskins of Winchester; a daughter Angleque Mona’ Gaskins of Pensacola, FL; brother William Walker of MD; three sisters, Phyllis Smith of CT, Monya Randall, and Debbie Towner both of GA; fourteen grandchildren, three great grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends, including mother Juanita Howard.
Services and interment will be held privately in Rock Hill Cemetery, Round Hill, VA.
