Bernard Malamut, Sr.'s Obituary
Bernard G. Malamut, Sr., 75, died Monday, January 21, 2008, at Potomac Center in Arlington, VA. Born on March 13, 1932 in Newark, NJ.
He was the son of the late Benjamin Malamut and the late Betty (Geller) Malamut.
He is survived by his four children, Sandra Malamut-Sammons of Ashburn, VA, Eileen (Malamut) Barrett of Alexandria, VA, two sons, B.G. Malamut, Jr. of Phoenix, AZ, and Mark Malamut of Laguna Niguel, CA; one sister, Renee Siminoff of NJ. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, Megan, Jade & Holly Sammons, Chris & Joshua Barrett, Jason & Rachel Malamut.
Memorial services and interment will be held privately on Saturday, Jan. 26, 2008.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mr. Malamut’s memory to the American Lung Association of Northern Virginia 10340 Democracy Lane, Suite 203 Fairfax, VA 22030.
Arrangements are being handled by Loudoun Funeral Chapels, 158 Catoctin Circle, SE 20175 Leesburg, Virginia.
