My thoughts and prayers are with the family

I just found out from Facebook that B.J. had passed on. She, her husband, and her two children boarded their horse where I boarded mine at a small farm named Follylick, years ago. They were such an essential part of our small boarding farm family, and I can't imagine that B.J., (I always called her Paula which she just rolled with), is no longer with us. Paula, I have never forgotten you. I always thought that you were truly one of the kindest, and most non-judgmental humans I had ever met, and that never changed. Vete and I are so sad to hear of your passing. We didn't know of your passing until today. We are thinking of your family, and wishing them comfort. We are so sorry for their tremendous loss. After all, not many get lucky enough to have B.J. for a wife and a mother. Wishing you all peace, and love.....with sincere sympathy, Vete and Lois
I just came across this and, realized that this was the Mrs. Marchi that I had for a 3rd grade teacher at Sterling Elem. I was so very fond of her, and she lived up the street from me in Sterling Park. She would coach me extra after school on her back porch with the subjects that I was having trouble with. She was so patient with me. There are not many teachers like her anymore. I am so saddened to hear of her passing. RIP Mrs. Marchi. You touched me more than you know back in 3rd grade. Kelly Mabe

When I first came to St. Joseph's Church, wanting to convert to the Catholic Faith, I did not know anyone.
But I had a bunch of children, and I volunteered to coordinate the Nursery which was held in the School on Sunday mornings. BJ was the founder and the coordinator of the Preschool CCD in that school hall on Sunday mornings, and she befriended me and made me welcome at St. Joseph's.
That was 1987, and I am forever grateful to BJ as one of my very first dear friends at St. Joseph's Church.
I will always remember her as friendly, always smiling, happy, and full of bubbly, infectious joy.
BJ, I look forward to seeing you again in the Land Beyond. Thank you for everything you did for so many people!
