Betty “Patsy” Ballenger
On Sunday, June 20, 2021 in Leesburg, VA. Beloved wife of the late Edward Russell Ballenger, Jr. Loving mother of Debra Hutton, Donna Johnson, James and his wife Lynnita Ballenger, Shannon Graves and the late Edward Lee Ballenger. She is also survived by her two brothers Richard and George Shaffer. Patsy is also survived by eight grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and eight great great grandchildren. Friends may visit on Thursday, June 24, 2021 from 6-8pm at Loudoun Funeral Chapel 158 Catoctin Circle, SE, Leesburg, Va where a funeral service will be held on Friday, June 25, 2021 at 10:30am with interment to follow at Lovettsville Union Cemetery.
