OBITUARY INFORMATION
BETTY WAGNER BALL, 67, life long resident of Loudoun County, died on Thursday March 30, 2006 in Falls Church, Virginia.
Mrs. Ball is survived by her husband of 39 years Donald “Jeff” Ball of Unison, Virginia; four children: Sandy Orrison of Sterling, VA, Sally Dellinger of Hamilton, VA, Frank Shugars of Ashburn, VA, Pat Shugars of Saint Michaels, MD; one brother: George A. “Buddy” Wagner of Leesburg, VA; ten grandchildren: Stephen, Shannon & Stefanie Dellinger, Samantha, Travis & Sarah Orrison, Ryan & Kyle Shugars, Morgan & Kendra Shugars and a host of other relatives and friends.
Friends may call on Monday April 3, 2006 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the Loudoun Funeral Chapel, 158 Catoctin Circle, Leesburg, VA. Service will be held at 2:00pm on Tuesday April 4, 2006 at the Purcellville Baptist Church, 221 S. Nursery Ave, Purcellville, VA. Interment will follow in Ebenezer Cemetery, Bloomfield, VA.
Mrs. Ball was born July 6, 1938 to the late George and Frances McGowan Wagner in Martinsburg, West Virginia. She lived in Sterling and then Leesburg growing up. Mrs. Ball retired from Safeway, Reston, VA as Head Cashier in 1998 and then worked with Nichols Hardware Store in Purcellville, VA until becoming ill. She was an active member of Purcellville Baptist Church. Mrs. Ball and her husband have lived in Unison, VA since 1974.
