Dan and I attended church workcamp together with few of our church friends. I really got to know him at meals and during down time in the evenings sharing stories of our lives and plenty of jokes. He was such a sweet gentleman and patriot. It was truly an honor to know him. My condolences to Maureen and his family. He will be sorely missed.
