Mrs. Carol Ann Karagiorgis, 47, of Ashburn, VA, passed away on Tuesday, March 30, 2010 in Reston, VA.
Carol was born on August 8, 1962 in Brooklyn, NY. Carol was the daughter of Stephen Apostol, Jr. and Anna Rita Bonaventura Apostol.
She was a graduate of Maryland University.
Carol was employed as a Human Resources Director with the Federal Government (FAM’s).
She is survived by her parents of Ashburn, VA; her husband, Evangelos J. Karagiorgis of Ashburn; her daughters, Kristina and Nicole of Ashburn; her brother, Stephen Apostol, III of Montgomery Co., MD, and her uncle, George & Fran Apostol of Selden, NY.
Carol is also survived by her mother-in-law: Mercina Karagiorgis of Potomac Falls, brothers-in-law: Alex Karagiorgis of Baltimore, MD, and Vasilios Karagiorgis of Glen Burnie, MD.
