Noel, we send our deepest condolences to you and your family in Carol's passing. We know all too well, the sadness this disease brings to the individual and their loved ones. That said, we believe that Carol is now in a better place, and God willing, we'll all eventually see her there. We've been in River Creek almost three years now. You both reached out to us as welcoming new neighbors. We immediately recognized you as a loving & dedicated couple. The caring and respect, in spoken words and deeds, were evident from the start . You have certainly shown that devotion over the past few years and earned such respect from all. May God bless Carol, you, and your family. Love, Jim & Pat
My dear friend Noel!
It’s hard to believe it was almost 6 decades ago when I first met the newlywed Doyles there in Stuttgart!! Carol was so stunningly beautiful! Right from the start, I had the feeling that ‘these two are so in love, this marriage will last forever!’ I was terrible at predicting a lot of things, like world series winners and final four b’ball teams, but for once I was right as rain!
This was so evident again as you persevered with loving care for Carol through all the trials you two faced together these last years. It won’t be soon, but there will come a time when the sad memory of these last few years will be overtaken by happy memories of the many great years you shared with each other.
We’ll be praying that the Holy Spirit brings consolation to you and your young men. In the meantime, you can call me anytime you think i can help you or just to talk, my friend!
God bless all the Doyles!
With love from Judy and me
To Noel and Family. Please accept our most sincere condolences on the passing of Carol. She was a truly special person and a sheer delight in every way. We are going thru some difficult times now and will not be able to attend the visitation but our thoughts will be with you. With our love, Don and Ann Dinger.
Noel, so sorry to hear about your loss. Carol is very firmly in my memory as the wonderful, warm neighbor whom Gil and I met in 1963. As a new Army bride, I was very impressed by her. She continued to be very accomplished throughout her life. I would love to be at the funeral on the 12th but cannot. I hope to be present at Arlington National Cemetery. Please know that I am thinking of you and your family. Regina Gilbertson
Dear Noel: Jim and I want to express our sincerest sympathy. Please be comforted by the thought that you were a wonderful and devoted husband and that now Carol is finally at peace.
