Carolyn Ann Kelley's Obituary
CAROLYN ANN KELLEY, 78 of Lovettsville, Virginia, passed on Monday, December 15, 2025, at Berkeley Medical Center, Martinsburg, West Virginia.
She was born on January 10, 1947, in Jefferson County, West Virginia. The daughter of the late Grace Fritts Rowland and stepdaughter of the late Paul Rowland.
Carolyn is survived by a daughter Kimberly Lacasse (Mike), a son Chris Kelley (Sherry), sister Connie Danner, grandchildren Kimberly Lacagnina, Lauren DeVore, and Breanna Kelley, great grandchildren, Joseph, Marie, Kaylee, and Weston, and aunt, Dorothy Woodward.
She is preceded in death by her husband Robert Kelley of 53 years, a son Paul Kelley and brother Terry Rowland.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Monday, December 22, 2025, at Loudoun Funeral Chapel, 158 Catoctin Cr. SE, Leesburg, Virginia.
A funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Tuesday December 23, 2025, at Loudoun Funeral Chapel located at 158 Catoctin Cr. SE Leesburg, Virginia 20175. Interment will be in Lovettsville Union Cemetery, Lovettsville, VA.
