Carolyn May Howard, 47 of Ashburn, Virginia passed away in her sleep on Wednesday, January 28, 2009.
Born Saturday, January 13, 1962 in Washington, DC, Virginia.
She was an avid gardner who loved the outdoors and all its beauty including butterflies. Carolyn also loved motorcycles and traveling.
She was employed by Orbital Science as an Administrative Assistant.
She was a caring daughter to her mom and step father, Margaret May and Richard C. Price of Ashburn, VA; loving mother to her only son, Christian Dillon Howard of Winchester, VA, beloved sister to her brother, John Richard Howard, III and his wife Annette L. of Poolesville, MD; niece to her uncle, Thomas Xander and his wife Greta of Vienna,VA, and special aunt to her nieces and nephew, Madison Michelle, Morgan Rae, and Nicholas Patrick Howard.
Friends may call on Sunday, Feb. 1, 2009 from 11 am to 1pm and where a funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Sunday at Loudoun Funeral Chapel located at 158 Catoctin Circle, SE Leesburg, Virginia 20175 with the Rev. Jim Burch officiating.
Interment will be held privately at a later date.
