Cecil Ray Eldridge's Obituary
Cecil Ray Eldridge, 65, of Leesburg, died July 21st at INOVA Hospital in Lansdowne. Mr. Eldridge was born May 24th, 1943 in Pennington Gap, VA., to the late Grady and Maurine Eldridge. He lived for 34years in Loudoun County, and worked throughout the Metro D.C. area as a Dry Wall Specialist. From 1995 to 2000, he worked at the International School in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and for the American Embassy in Ethiopia. Mr. Eldridge was a regular patron at the Charles Town Race Track.
Survivors include three daughters, Cynthia Carey of Hopewell, VA, Cathy Rosa of Leesburg, VA, and Cecilia Strain of Gainesville, VA; Four grandchildren, Alexandra, Brandon, Cody and Jessica; and one Great Grandson, Carter.
A local memorial service in celebration of his life will be held at 2pm on August 24th, at Loudoun . Funeral Chapel, 158 Catoctin Cir., S.E. Leesburg, VA
