Chad Dugas, 27, passed away suddenly on Sunday, April 23, 2017. at his home in Paeonian Springs, Virginia.
Chad came into this world on March 26, 1990, a little blue, which earned him the nickname “Smurf” for a while.
Chad was a 2008 graduate of Loudoun Valley High School, he most recently was employed as a cook at Not Your Average Joe's.
Chad always had the biggest smile, a greatest sense of humor, an awesome cook, and a fantastic artist. Most of all he had the kindest heart anyone could ask for and a capacity for love that knew no bounds.
He was the most caring person anyone would want to meet.
Chad is survived by his parents, Chris and Donna Dugas; Brothers Derek Lee and Thomas Dugas, Sisters Shannon Anderson and Rob, Erin Porch and Charles and Kristi Dugas, Paternal Grandparents Joyce Dugas and Robert McKinney and John Dugas; Uncle Alan and Doug; Aunt Tina Newgebaver and Natalie; Nieces Brooke, Taylor and Rachel Anderson; Nephews Wyatt Anderson and Charlie Porch; Great Aunts and Uncles Jerry and Pat Newgebaver, Janelle and John Benoit, Alicia Courville and Tony, Wilma Charlotte; Louise and MaryAnn; Karen and Harold Blackburn, Iris and JC Cooksey, Freda DeHoney and Jerry and Margaret Blackburn; Special cousins Brett Brinkman, Travis and Dwayne Benoit and several other relatives and friends. And his dog buddies Tanner & Athena. He was preceded by his maternal grandparents Lester and Charlotte Blackburn and his cousin Chad Newgebaver.
Chad leaves many broken hearts and a lot of cherished memories.
You will not be forgotten our baby. We will always love you and miss you. It was the greatest honor to call you our son, brother, grandson, cousin, nephew and friend.
A viewing will be held on Thursday, April 27, 2017 from 6-8 pm and a Service will be held at 4pm on Friday, April 28, 2017 at Loudoun Funeral Chapel, 158 Catoctin Circle, SE, Leesburg, VA.
