Charles Thomas' Obituary
CHARLES FRANCIS THOMAS, 96, of 4th street in Washington, DC, died on March 4, 2007 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital in Charles Town, WV.
Mr. Thomas was born March 15, 1910 to the late Edward Thomas and Fannie Williams Davis of Lucketts, Virginia. One son Leon Williams, one brother, Edgar Thomas Sr., and two sisters, Martha Williams and Louise Thomas, also predeceased him. Mr. Thomas was a taxi driver and TV repairman in the D.C. area for over 50 years.
He leaves behind one son Charles Thomas of Hagerstown, Maryland; four grandchildren: Marcie Williams, Kizzie Frye, Melissa Hogan, Michael Thomas; nine great grandchildren; devoted friends: Oceloa Brown, Latisha Greenwalt, James Greenwalt, Alonzo Moore and a very large host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Friends may call at the Loudoun Funeral Chapel, 158 Catoctin Cr. Leesburg, VA on Saturday March 10, 2007 from 10 until the time of funeral services at 11:00am. Interment will follow in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Lucketts, Virginia.
