Charles S. Condon, Jr.'s Obituary
Mr. Charles S. Condon, Jr., 81 of Leesburg, Virginia passed away on Friday, March 4, 2011.
Charles was born Sunday, December 22, 1929 in Paterson, New Jersey, he was the only son of the late Charles S. Condon, Sr. and the late Agnes Campbell Condon.
Charles served his country in the United States Army, and was a Veteran of the Korean War. He was a graduate of Rutgers University, where he received a Bachelor of Science.
He retired from the US Postal Service after 30 years.
He was a member of St. John the Apostle Catholic Church. He had been a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Haskell, NJ, for 40 years and sang in the church choir.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 45 years, Loretta E. Condon, of Leesburg; his daughter, Patricia and son in law, Robert McNeal of Leesburg, VA, his son, Charles Condon and daughter in law, Susan of San Mateo, CA; three grandchildren, Julia Marie McNeal, Chloe Elizabeth Condon, and Aimee Caroline Condon. He is also survived by two sisters, Margaret Hannan of Pompton Lakes, NJ, and Dorothy Klementowski of Cedar Park, TX; and 23 nieces and nephews.
Mr. Condon was predeceased by two sisters, Agnes Dock and Marie Dennehy, and one nephew Matthew Hannon.
