Charlotte Thomas Blackburn's Obituary
Charlotte Thomas Cooper Blackburn, 67, of Paeonian Springs, VA, passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2013.
Charlotte was born on August 2, 1945 to Richard and Mamie (Kelley) Cooper.
Charlotte is survived by her husband of 48 years, Lester Blackburn and her children Donna Dugas and husband Chris, Alan Blackburn and Doug Ferrara, Shannon Anderson and husband Rob; grandchildren Derek Lee, Erin Lee, Chad Dugas, Thomas Dugas, Brooke Anderson and Taylor Anderson; brother Stanley Cooper and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother Richard Cooper, sisters Selba Kintz and Eathel Bell.
She was there for many people and often asked for her advice. A love of shopping and friends and most especially family.
She leaves many broken hearts, fond memories and tearfull smiles as we say good-bye - until we meet again.
Family will receive friends at Loudoun Funeral Chapel, 158 Catoctin Cr., SE Leesburg, VA on Monday, April 1, 2013 from 6 to 8pm. A memorial service will held on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at 11am at Loudoun Funeral Chapel.
