Clarence Burling Fry, Sr.'s Obituary
CLARENCE BURLING FRY, SR., 80, a life long resident of Lucketts, died at home on Monday, January 26, 2009. Mr. Fry was born in Lucketts on June 29, 1928 to the late Clarence Jennings and Bessie Grafton Fry. His son Clarence “Burl” Fry, Jr. Mr. Fry, also predeceased him. Mr. Fry retired in 1986 as a supervisor at the Loudoun County School Board Garage. He was a mechanic at heart and operated his own business, C.J. Fry and Son General Repair Service in Lucketts for many years.
His beloved wife of 53 years, Dorothy Lee Fry of Lucketts and a host of other relatives and friends survive Mr. Fry.
Friends may call at the Loudoun Funeral Chapel, 158 Catoctin Cr. SE Leesburg, VA on Sunday, February 1, 2009 from 2-4pm. Services will follow at the funeral home on Monday at 11:00 am with Rev. Douglas Davis officiating. Interment will be in Leesburg Union Cemetery.
