So sadden to find news of an old buddy passing at such an young age. Although we haven't spoke since a few years after high school, I have very fond memories that I keep near and dear to me. You gave me matching pants to wear for our HS graduation. You were such a cool dude.
My heart and soul are broken..my Nephew Cliff had the most precious soul I have ever known. My thoughts go to when his Father became Bedridden Cliff left his own life behind to move in with his Mom and help care for his Dad..never once hesitating or complaining. How could this be…I take comfort in knowing he is walking with the Lord and is laughing his wonderful laugh with his Mom and Dad.
I was shocked and saddened to hear of Cliff's passing. He was my mothers neighbor for many years and he would share his meals with her and keep an eye out on her for me. Cliff and I had some very heavy life conversations that would go on for a long time. I totally appreciated his ideas. He was a kind soul. Truly am going to miss him and wished I had picked up the phone and called him more often. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family. Peace be with you Cliff. Gone way to soon.
A very fond and funny memory of Cliff Hood.
Many years ago on a company cruise, well Cliff was a few sheets in the wind and ended up at the Karaoke bar and was singing a country song. He became an instant celebrity when as he was singing the words on the screen in a reasonable pace with the music. When he sang the words “Instrumental Pause Here”. I have never heard such laughter in a crowd even at a comedy show.
Cliff you are really missed my old friend and may you keep them rolling in laughter in heaven.

I was so sorry to hear of Cliff's sudden passing. He has been to our home as a technician on several occasions and was always so friendly and energetic. May your memories comfort you during this difficult time, and may Cliff Rest In Peace.
