I am so sorry to hear that Cliff has passed. He always had a kind word and a smile when we met. Cliff stood out as a gentle soul who genuinely cared about his family, community, and country. You will be missed. My condolences to Elaine and all of Cliff's family and friends.
Loss of a great person and friend. Cliffs years of dedicated work with LCSO will always be remembered as a mentor for me and he helped build a great working relationship between LCSO and LPD

Elaine, Debbie, Linda and Carol, I wanted to tell you that we lost a great man when Cliff passed. He was a part of the greatest generation of Americans who kept us safe through their sacrifices during WW 2. Cliff was also a hero back home as a founder of the Lovettsville Fire and Rescue Company. In time his family and friends may become accustomed to not having Cliff among us but we shall never forget his good and cheerful way of life.
Elaine. I'm thinking of your and your family. I was so sorry to hear that Cliff died.
