Col. Kenneth Maurice Irish, III's Obituary
Col. Kenneth Maurice Irish, III, age 55 of Leesburg, VA passed away Monday, August 1, 2011.
Ken was born on Wednesday, July 25, 1956 in Kalamazoo, Michigan. He graduated from Eastern Michigan University in 1978 and was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the US Army. He retired from the Army in 2004 after 26 years of distinguished service.
Ken was the CEO & President of Silent Partner Services, LLC.
He leaves to cherish his memory his beloved wife and daughter, Stephanie and Bailey Irish of Leesburg; his sons, Benjamin Irish & wife Stacey of Cunningham, TN and Jacob Irish of Clarksville, TN, his parents, Kenneth Irish, Jr. and Margaret Nies Irish, of Kalamazoo, MI; his siblings, Dennis Irish of Chelsea, MI; sisters, Susan Clayborn and Laura Irish of Kalamazoo, MI, and Timothy Irish of Goodview, VA; two grandchildren, Raegan and Sydney Irish.
The family received friends on Saturday, August 6, 2011 from 12 to 1 pm at the Loudoun Funeral Chapel located at 158 Catoctin Circle, SE Leesburg, Virginia 20175. A memorial service began at 1 pm.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 28th, 2011 at 11:00 am, at Ft. Myer Chapel. Interment will follow with full military honors, at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA.
