Filled with boys' treasures, about 1959, Dale and I buried a time capusle just above the farm pond in view of retrieving it 50 years later...only the memory now remains, the contents lost in time.
As cousins and young boys growing up on the Edwards farm 'Between the Hills' I can still feel the sting of Dale's fast ball in my catchers mitt when we played baseball together with our friend Russell 'Babe" Butts. It was a fearful experience to even try to catch Dale's dancing curve ball.
