David Paul Dabson's Obituary
DAVID PAUL DABSON, 55, of Leesburg, Virginia since 2001, died on Saturday, January 3, 2009 in Warrenton, VA. Mr. Dabson was born July 23, 1953 in Maryland to Mr. Paul Dabson Jr. and the late Geraldine Dabson. He was formerly of Culpeper, Virginia for 25 years. Mr. Dabson worked for the past 29 years with SWIFT- Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecomm until his retirement in November of 2008.
Mr. Dabson is survived by his three children: Lesley Nicole Purviance (Bradley) of Charlottesville, VA, Matthew Paul Dabson of Frederick, MD, Meredith Kate Dabson of Fairfax, VA; a grandson: Cohen Jay Purviance; his father: Paul Dabson of Leesburg, FL; three special friends: Jeanine Collins, Dale Brown, Taylor and a host of other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm on Thursday, January 8, 2009 at the Loudoun Funeral Chapel, 158 Catoctin Cr. SE, Leesburg, VA. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers donations may take the form of contributions to the Christian Children’s Fund, 2821 Emerywood Parkway, Richmond, VA 23294.
