Deborah McClinton's Obituary
Deborah Denise McClinton was born on September 9,1957 in Mer Rouge, Louisiana. Raised in a small town alongside her late mother Cleopha T. Vinegar and precious grandmother Velma M. Scott (Madea), relocating to Chicago, Illinois.
Deborah joined the United States Air Force, 19 July 1976 - 31 December 1993, voluntary retirement due to reduction in force. Retired duty station - Pentagon, Washington, D.C. She dedicated her life of serving her country and others.
Deborah passed away on 5 October 2024, in the comfort of her home surrounded by family and friends. She fought a good fight and passed away from a long battle with Breast Cancer.
Deborah leaves to cherish her memories: Velma (Robert):(2), LaSonia Barnett:(5) Michael Barnett (Jennifer)(4) two stepsisters; Pearl Harvey (5) and Valerie Tate(4).Through matrimony a stepdaughter Cherena Covington and special grandson DeShonne Covington.
