Deborah Ann Vines' Obituary
Deborah Ann Vines, 69, of Leesburg, Virginia, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 16, 2025, following a courageous battle with cancer.
Born on October 5, 1956, in Arlington, Virginia, Deborah was the eldest daughter of the late Bernard and Nancy Gross. She was raised in Springfield, Virginia, and graduated from Robinson High School.
Deborah had a vibrant spirit and a deep love for life. She found joy in bowling, country music, and fresh flowers—but above all, she cherished her family. Her unwavering devotion as a mother was evident in the love she poured into raising her three children: Robert Vines, John Vines, and Deanna Ruth Vines, all of Leesburg.
She is also survived by her four sisters—Kathleen Carter, Theresa Hay, Patricia Gross, and Jennifer Thelen—her former husband, Charles Vines, and a large extended family of nieces, nephews, and dear friends who will miss her warmth, humor, and generous heart.
A gathering to celebrate Deborah’s life will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Loudoun Funeral Chapel, 158 Catoctin Circle SE, Leesburg, Virginia.
