Dennis Lee Potts' Obituary
Dennis Lee Potts, 61 of Rohrersville, Maryland passed away on Monday, November 25, 2013, at Frederick Memorial Hospital in Frederick, Maryland.
Dennis was born on Sunday, September 7, 1952 in Leesburg, Virginia. He was a son of the late Robert Potts and Mrs. Kathleen Umbaugh Potts of Lovettsville.
Dennis grew up in Loudoun County. He served his country in the United States Army.
He was employed as a Telecommunications Specialist with the National Institutes of Health.
In addition to his mother, he leaves to cherish his memory his daughters, Jennifer and son-in-law Blake Traina of Sterling, VA and Lora Lee and son-in-law Christopher Lentz of Destin, FL, brother, Larry Potts of Lovettsville, VA; and his former wife Pamela Potts of Lovettsville, VA.
A Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Saturday at the New Jerusalem Lutheran Church, located at 12942 Lutheran Church Road, Lovettsville, VA 20180 with the Pastor Joel Guttormson officiating.
The family will receive guests from 6 to 8 pm at Loudoun Funeral Chapel 158 Catoctin Circle, SE, Leesburg, VA 20175, on Friday, November 29, 2013.
Interment will follow in Lovettsville Union Cemetery, Lovettsville, VA.
