Dennis Charles McGough's Obituary
Dennis Charles McGough, age 66 of Harpers Ferry, WV died on Thursday, June 2, 2011, at Heritage Hall Nursing and Rehabilitation in Leesburg, Virginia.
Dennis was born on Wednesday, May 30, 1945 in Johnstown, PA. He was the son of the late Oscar S. McGough and the late Ruth Berghane McGough.
Dennis served his country to the US Army. He worked as a surveyor with Walter & Phillips Engineering in Falls Church, VA from 1988 to 2010. Mr. McGough was a member of the Lovettsville Game Protection, a life member of The Issac Walton League, and a life member of the NRA. He loved hunting and fishing.
Dennis is survived by his beloved wife of 39 years, Mary McGough of Harpers Ferry, WV; four children Michael McGough of Portage, PA; Jennifer Gutierrez of Winchester, VA; Daniel McGough of Leesburg, VA, daughters, Jarret McGough of Harpers Ferry, WV. He is also survived by his brother, James McGough of Ocala, FL and 8 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held from 2-5pm on Saturday June 11, 2011 at the Lovettsville Game Club, 16 South Berlin Pike, Lovettsville, VA, 20180.
